Andrea Kirwan-Taylor believes in providing a quality training service with emphasis on meeting all the training goals of the individual(s).

Andrea has been involved with computer training for 18 years over three continents and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to impart. She is one of a handful of Microsoft Master Instructors in Australia and is also a Microsoft Office User Specialist. Other qualifications include a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and a University Diploma in Education.

All Sutherland trainers are qualified and experienced professionals.

The Service we offer

• Intensive "one-to-one" corporate computer training from absolute basics through to advanced skills. Tuition goes as fast or slow as the capabilities of the individual dictates.
• Instructor-led group training, for all levels, at your premises. Certificates can be issued at the end of each completed course.
• Roaming Trainer – we can come to your premises for a day and spend time with delegates at their desks covering client-specific topics.
• Training can also be Customised to Your Specifications to include topics of your choice taken from Course Outlines, if required.
• All delegates who complete an entire course will received our very professional looking "Certificate of Attendance"
• Training can be booked on dates and times that suit you. (subject to availability)
• Illustrated 'Step by Step' delegate manuals can be provided with CD at back containing course files for future practice.
• Free post-course via phone or email is offered after any course!
